“ This location in particular has gone above and beyond to rectify an otherwise negative experience. For the record : DoorDash customer service was not helpful at all. Thankfully, the management team (shout out to Reyn) showed genuine consideration and support regarding the matter. After multiple exchanges, the team at the Magrath location stepped up and provided an excellent customer experience (along with an incredible meal) that truly made a HUGE difference! It’s because of the dedication of this team that I will happily continue to be a loyal customer. For those who are not familiar with this location - THIS PLACE IS GREAT!! % would recommend!! ”
